Welcome to the ORTO Medical Care trade visitor accreditation service

Through this form you can purchase your trade visitor accreditation to access both the commercial exhibition and the ORTO Medical Care Congress.

If you have a discount code or invitation, please enter it in the corresponding section before continuing with the registration process.

Exhibition Tickets

1-Day Ticket

The 1-day ticket allows free access to the exhibition throughout the entire day of its first use. Once used, it will be invalidated for the remaining days of the fair.

• Online early bird sale until September 30: 22 €
• From October 1 onwards: 25 €
• Purchase at the counter during the fair: 30 €

3-Day Ticket

The 3-day ticket allows free access to the exhibition during the three days of the fair.

• Online early bird sale until September 30: 33 €
• From October 1 onwards: 38 €
• Purchase at the counter during the fair: 50 €

Tickets for the ORTO Medical Care Congress

The congress pass includes:

• Access to the ORTO Medical Care Congress during the 3 days.
• Unlimited access to the commercial exhibition throughout the entire fair.

General Public Rates

• Online early bird sale until September 15: 275 €
• From September 16 onwards: 300 €
• Purchase at the counter during the congress: 350 €

Special Discounts

FEDOP Members

FEDOP members will receive invitation codes to access the fair and discount codes for the congress.

With this discount, the congress ticket price will be:

• 100 € online purchase
• 150 € if purchased at the counter during the congress

Orthotics and Prosthetics Students

Orthotics and prosthetics students who provide proof of their status can also benefit from a reduced rate.

• Ticket with access to the congress and exhibition during the 3 days: 75 €

To obtain the discount code, they must send an email to: omcferia@fedop.org

Attaching:

• A photocopy of their student ID card, or
• Enrollment proof for the current academic year.

Important Information

• All prices listed do not include 21 % VAT.
• After completing the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email with your access accreditation badge.
• The accreditation will be sent to the email address provided during registration, so please double-check that your email is correct.
• If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important Note Regarding Discount Codes

If you have a valid discount code for a 3-day ticket, you must select the “3-Day Ticket” option in the purchase form.

Fair organizers and exhibitors are the ones who provide invitation and discount codes. If you have received one, please enter it during the purchase process, whether it corresponds to a free ticket for the fair or a discount to attend the congress.
