Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of event registrations must be made in writing to PLANNER EXHIBITIONS by E-mail (inscripciones@gplanner.com). Refunds, if applicable, will be made at the end of the event. The refund policy, depending on the date of communication, is as follows:

  • 45 days or more before the start of the programme: 50% refund.
  • Less than 45 days before the start of the programme: No refund.
