Asebal has more than 30 years of experience in the transformation of metal to obtainquality products. Our main sectors are road restraint systems, and the manufacture of alltypes of components for photovoltaic structures.
Our manufacturing processes are cutting, stamping, bending and welding.
To develop these processes we combine traditional machinery and state-of-the-art workequipment. The versatility of our work equipment and the capacity of our workers allowsus to face the manufacture of pieces for other sectors with guarantee.
Our productive resources are:
Welding:
- 3 single-arm Mig/Mag welding cells with 400A welding groups.
- 2 double arm Mig/Mag welding cells with welding groups up to 470A.
- Manual welding stations with Mig/Mag welding groups up to 500A.
Laser cutting: 2 Laser-fiber cutting machines up to 15KW.
Bending: 1.3 meter to 6 meter long bending machines up to 600 Tn of force.
Stamping: Stamping lines from 130Tn up to 500 Tn force.
Presses:
- Mechanical presses from 80Tn up to 250 Tn.
- Hydraulic presses from 100Tn up to 250 Tn.
Shears: 3 shears with cutting capacity up to 20 mm thickness and 4 meters length.
