Each itinerary is limited to 50 participants, who will be organised into groups of 10. This provides a valuable opportunity to network in a relaxed and friendly environment. If you would like to be placed in the same group as a colleague, please provide the name of one colleague (only one request per participant will be considered). While every effort will be made to fulfil your request, this cannot be guaranteed.

Registration deadline: 30 September.
Groups of 10 will be created. Information about meeting point will be sent by email closer to the visits.
If an itinerary does not reach the minimum number of participants (10 people), participants will be reallocated to another itinerary.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations received before 15 September 2026 will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee.

No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date or for any registered participants who fail to attend the visits.

Refunds may be processed after the visits.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, itineraries may be modified, partially cancelled, or cancelled in their entirety. No refund of registration fees will be provided in such cases.

Controller and other parties involved in the processing	The data controller for the data of users and participants in the World Green Infrastructure Congress 2026 (WGIC26) will be Društvo WGIN, with registered office at Trata 31, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia, and Tax ID (NIF) SI84998911: jure.sumi@wgin.org The Universitat de Lleida (UdL) will act as the data processor, pursuant to Article 28.3 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with registered office at Plaça Víctor Siurana, No. 1, 25003, Lleida: sg@udl.cat. The legal relationship regarding the processing of personal data was formalized through the corresponding data processing agreement on April 30, 2026. In turn, part of the management of the data processing will be carried out through two entities acting as data sub-processors, by virtue of the provisions of the previously referenced data processing agreement: The management of registrations on the congress website will be carried out by the external company UTE WORLD GREEN CONFERENCE, with registered office at Calle Mallorca, number 346, 4th 1st, CP 08013, Barcelona (Spain), contracted by the Universitat de Lleida under a service provision contract. info@wgic2026.org The management of technical visits and workshops during the course of the congress, including registration management to these activities, will be the responsibility of Fundació UdL, with registered office at Calle Pere de Cabrera, No. 5, 25001, Lleida: fundacio@udl.cat

Purpose of processing	The purpose of the processing is the management of your participation in the World Green Infrastructure Congress 2026, which includes the management of registrations, technical visits, issuance of certificates or receipts, etc. Specifically, the following aspects are considered: - Customer management, accounting, taxation, and administration - Advertising and commercial prospecting - Provision of electronic certification services - Management of associative, cultural, recreational, sporting, and social activities - Education - Video surveillance - Prevention of occupational hazards - Compliance or non-compliance with monetary obligations - Provision of electronic communications services - Security and access control to buildings
Recipients	The general rule is that data will not be disclosed to third parties, without prejudice to the provisions of the legal framework.
Legitimation of processing	The legitimizing basis contained in the GDPR is as follows: the consent of the data subject or their legal representatives (Art. 6.1.a).
Data retention period	The data will be retained as long as its evidentiary value subsists (Art. 55 of Law 16/1985, of June 25, on Spanish Historical Heritage).
