Taking advantage of the natural conditions that give his wine its distinctive characteristics, he has chosen to cultivate local, noble, and rare grape varieties. He uses cultivation methods aimed at improving the soil, water resources, and biodiversity. In the winery, the producer combines techniques such as foot treading and fermentation with stems with modern winemaking, keeping alive the ancient and magical art of vinification. The results of this strategy leave no doubt: white, red, and rosé wines with complex fruity and spicy aromas, vibrant acidity, and fine tannins.
