In accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that your personal data is part of a database managed under the responsibility of CONXEMAR and will be processed with the purpose of conducting statistical studies on the attendees of the “13th International Conxemar FAO MAPA Congress” and managing the charge of 25 euros for those congress attendees who wish to access the Restoration and Networking Area of the “13th International Conxemar FAO MAPA Congress”, as well as for sending information related to the purpose, being incorporated into a Register of Processing Activities, as established by legal regulations in this regard. The legal basis for the processing of the data is as provided in Articles 6.1.a) and 6.1.b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. The data will not be used for profiling purposes. Likewise, we inform you that the data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation. The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or within the deadlines established by current legislation. CONXEMAR has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, ensuring their confidentiality and privacy, as well as preventing their loss, alteration, and/or access by unauthorized third parties. As the Data Controller, CONXEMAR informs you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by communicating to the following email address: “conxemar@conxemar.com”, or to the postal address: “Avda.
