We inform you that the processing of your data will be carried out according to the following information.

Purposes: Management and organization of the activity in which you register, file images and report on new activities on similar topics that could be of interest to you. Personal data will not be processed for any other purpose than those described here except for legal obligation or judicial requirement.

Data: Identification data, professional data, economic and financial data for invoicing and health data (food restriction and allergies). Photographs and/or recordings during the activity for public diffusion purposes. Recorded images can be reproduced or broadcasted live and will be kept in the UdL's image archive.

Conservation: All personal data will be stored at the UdL unless you object or request deletion once the activity you signed up for has ended. The photographs and recording will be kept in accordance with the regulations on the conservation and disposal of administrative documents of the UdL, and the document evaluation tables approved by the Generalitat de Catalunya (https://www.udl.cat/ca/serveis/arxiu/).

Legitimation of the treatment: Public authority for the dissemination, valorization and transfer of knowledge.

Recipients: Your data will be communicated to the entities and/or bodies co-organizers of the activity, to the organizers of future editions of the same activity and to those in charge of activity's treatment, only for the same purposes, and in the cases provided by law.

Rights: Access your data, request its rectification, deletion, or portability, oppose treatment and request its limitation. You can exercise your rights by writing to the Data Protection Officer at the address dpd@udl.cat.
